YourEncore Announces Addition of Michelle DeJonge and Dr. James Wood as Strategic Advisors for Medical Devices & Diagnostics Practice

DeJonge has an extensive background in Supply Chain and Operations leadership, which will be extremely valuable to medical devices companies. With a career spanning more than 30 years in supply chain and manufacturing for medical devices, pharmaceutical, and CPG  companies, she is the former VP of the Office of Strategy & Execution for Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain, where she was responsible for managing supply chain and operations across all segments of the organization, with a primary focus in the Medical Devices & Diagnostics division.

Dr. Wood brings more than 30 years of experience as an Orthopedic Surgeon building high-functioning healthcare teams and mapping the critical path to solve complex problems. He has participated on design and surgical teaching teams for some of the world’s leading orthopedic implant manufacturers. Dr. Wood has also developed tools to aid surgeon’s understanding of their impact on profitability and outcomes.

In his decision to join YourEncore, Dr. Wood says, “My many years of clinical practice and consultation experience in the medical devices industry can help medical device companies fully vet their products before they bring them to market. I look forward to sharing my insights with our clients to help them target and satisfy the end user’s needs once their products are in the marketplace. DeJonge earned her bachelor's degree in Package Engineering from Michigan State University, and her Masters in Business Administration from Xavier University in Cincinnati. Dr. Wood earned his M.D. from University of California Irvine.
